I reached out for a quote in June, I finally moved in November! The quote was very reasonable & I was worried it may increase due to the time it took for my house purchase to go through but it didn’t. When it came to packing up all my worldly goods I was concerned I hadn’t allowed for enough boxes. I reached out to Sam & he suggested he pop round to check it out. What a lovely person Sam is. He had a look around & basically said – No problem! I also had quite a large amount of garden stuff such as plants, tools, temporary garden structures. I had assumed I would need to find a way to transport them myself but for a very reasonable additional fee Sam said that they would move all of that too. Winner!! From start to finish Sam, & his colleague Mark, were so friendly & helpful but professional too. Nothing was too much trouble. They made what is a very stressful process, fun. It was so nice to be able to have a bit of a laugh, it made the day a bit more relaxing. I would highly recommend.

From the moment we enquired about a removal Sam was professional, friendly and helpful. Having had stressful moves in the past Sam ensured the whole process was smooth and effecitent. We had a problem with our lift which potentially could be a big issue since we live on the 4th floor. Sam reassured us that this would not be a problem and on the day him and his colleague were tireless in loading their van with our belongings. Honestly such hard workers and all smiles through out. They unloaded all of our things with no incidence and also cracked some jokes along the way! We really couldn't fault them and they made the day stress-free! I have no hesitation recommending EBE Removals. Sam was proactive in his communication with me prior to the move and kept in touch with me leading up to the big day. On the day he was was friendly and professional, as was his colleague Mark, and they got the move done efficiently and quite quickly, with no lack of patience when a large sofa wouldn't fit upstairs as I'd hoped. I am very grateful to Sam and his team for helping to make a very stressful day less so, and at a very competitive price also. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in using his services again in the future.

Initially discussed our move with Sam from Wolverhampton to Devon early April. Extremely competitive quote and regular contact upto the day of our move at the end of May. Arrived at the time agreed and immediately we felt reassured and in capable hands. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was carried out with friendly professionalism and good humour, despite the awful weather.After a 5 hour journey, spirits were still high and Sam and Mark unloaded and placed all items where we needed them.Moving house, especially so far is a stressful time, but Sam made it an easier experience together with Mark. We could not be more thankful for all their help and would highly recommend their service...if we could give 6 stars, we would.
